During your event, the client is responsible for and will be subject to charges after the event for any theft or damage made by your guests to any equipment and/or property at the Cypress Meadows Estate home. Any damage to the building, equipment, and grounds must be reimbursed by the renting customer. Charges for damage or loss of any equipment may include the replacement of the item(s), the cost of labor to repair the item(s), cleaning costs and a damaged item service fee that shall be determined. Neither the company nor the owner is responsible for any injury, accident, death, or damage caused to the guest or any member of the guest’s party, by or arising out of the use or occupation or the condition of the property.

There shall be no smoking in the home. Smoking is permitted on the back patio accessible through the washroom. Please dispose of cigarettes in the proper receptacles in the designated area. If it is determined that guests have smoked inside the property, Cypress Meadows Estate will charge the clients the cost to clean the property.

Q: CLEANING FEES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The guests will leave the property in a clean, tidy and orderly condition with furniture in the same location as at the commencement of the stay. It is mandatory that the client take all debris, trash and rubbish to the dumpster located on the property.

Q: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

Normal Check in times are 10:00 AM on your date of arrival and Check-out time is prior to 10:00A.M. on the date of your departure. Failure to vacate the property by 10:00 on your departure date could result in additional hourly or daily charges at the sole discretion of the Owner Representative.
