]]> During your event, the client is responsible for and will be subject to charges after the event for any theft or damage made by your guests to any equipment and/or property at the Cypress Meadows Estate home.

Any damage to the building, equipment, and grounds must be reimbursed by the renting customer. Charges for damage or loss of any equipment may include the replacement of the item(s), the cost of labor to repair the item(s), cleaning costs and a damaged item service fee that shall be determined.

Neither the company nor the owner is responsible for any injury, accident, death, or damage caused to the guest or any member of the guest’s party, by or arising out of the use or occupation or the condition of the property.
